I have very often stumbled across a Stationary Engine or three when out for the day.  Engine museums are only part of the story, agricultural museums, stately homes, mill shops and windmills are among many public places where engines can be viewed.  This is not an exhaustive list of where to find engines, but it is still growing.

Our primary aim is to identify places where Internal Combustion Stationary Engines can be viewed, but where this includes Stationary Steam, Railway Locomotives and Traction Engines, they are included also.
